Online via 'Rakuraku Login' system or FAX

What you need

A health questionnaire and pledge must be signed and submitted at race-day check-in. An English version of this form is available on the official site.

Bib pickup

Bibs are collected at race-day registration (check-in opens 7:45 AM for full/30km/half, 10:00 AM for shorter distances). There is no mention of advance or postal bib distribution.
