Points are awarded automatically when your review goes live after a quick check by our team. Second reviews of the same race and reviews beyond 3 per day are not eligible.
How to use points
Once you have 500 pt, you can exchange them for a ¥500-off coupon at the STRIDE LAB online store (one per person, valid for 6 months) — good for trail and running gear such as ALTRA shoes and ULTIMATE DIRECTION packs.
- Tap “Apply for a coupon” on the points card on your profile page
- After a quick check, we email the coupon code to your registered address
- Enter the code at checkout on the STRIDE LAB online store
Like points and evangelist ranks
Like points — earned when readers like (+2 pt) or comment on (+1 pt) your articles — are a trust metric and cannot be exchanged. They determine verified-runner (evangelist) ranks, which unlock better coupon rates.

Notes
- If an article is deleted or unpublished, the points awarded for it are revoked
- We may adjust points in cases of abuse, such as mass-posting low-quality articles
- The program is subject to change without notice
