This service operates on an opt-out model, listing race information based on publicly available data. Organizers may request removal, correction, or addition of information about their event. We aim to provide a first response within 3 business days and complete the request within 5 business days.
Article 4 (Handling of Content)
Race information shown on this service is summarized and reformatted from public sources using AI. We do not reproduce copyrighted course descriptions verbatim; only summaries are displayed. Official images, when used, carry the attribution caption "© [Official site of the event]". Event logos and photos of individuals are not used without permission.
Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)
Users must not engage in the following while using this service:
- Activities violating laws or public order and morals
- Infringement of the rights of us, other users, or third parties
- Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or commercial use of our content
- Imposing excessive load on our servers or network (e.g., automated crawling)
- Registering false information (e.g., event registration form)
- Impersonating another person
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us

Article 7 (Points and Coupons)
We may grant points for publishing review articles and other activities we designate. Points can be exchanged for coupons usable at the STRIDE LAB online store under the conditions we set.
- Earning conditions, exchange rates, and expiry may change without notice
- Points obtained through abusive posting may be revoked and accounts may be suspended
- If the underlying review is deleted or unpublished, the granted points are revoked
- Points and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties
- Unused points expire upon account deletion
Article 8 (Changes to the Service)
We may change, add, remove, or temporarily suspend this service without prior notice.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
We may revise these Terms when we deem necessary. Significant changes will be announced on this service.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
