How to enter

Online entry via RUNNET for both the virtual marathon (Part 1) and the course event (Part 2).

What you need

Part 1 (virtual marathon) explicitly requires participants to be residents of Japan (日本居住者). Part 2 has no stated residency requirement, but prizes and bibs are mailed domestically and in-person attendance is required.

Payment

Credit card, convenience store payment, or ATM payment via RUNNET. A handling fee applies (¥240 for entries up to ¥4,000; 6% for ¥4,001 and above).

Bib pickup

For Part 2 (course event), bib sets (including RS timing tag) are mailed to participants in advance. There is no in-person pickup option mentioned.

Entry period

Part 1 (virtual): opens 1 July 2026. Part 2 (course event): opens 1 August 2026. Both close when capacity is reached.

Notes

Part 1 (virtual full marathon) explicitly restricts entry to Japan residents, so overseas runners are ineligible for that event. Part 2 does not state a residency requirement, but prizes and race packs are sent by post within Japan, making overseas participation highly impractical. The 2025 edition listed in the race title was not held; the next edition is the 24th race in 2026.
