How to enter

Online entry via the official Tokyo Marathon website. A separate (higher) entry fee applies for overseas runners.

What you need

Runners must be aged 19 or older on race day (born on or before 7 March 2008) and able to finish within 6:30:00. Entry is by lottery if oversubscribed. Overseas runners pay USD 230 (vs. JPY 19,800 for domestic).

Payment

Entry fee for overseas runners is USD 230, inclusive of administration fees and tax.

Bib pickup

Runners must collect their bib in person at Tokyo Big Sight (South Hall) on 4–6 March 2027. Pick-up on race day is not available, and the runner themselves must attend.

Entry period
