How to enter
Overseas runners can enter via Run Japan Entry, as linked from the entry page. Domestic runners use RUNNET or postal transfer.

What you need
Runners must be able to complete their chosen distance within the time limit under their own power. JAAF-registered athletes must provide their registration details for the certified (公認) events.
Payment
Entry fee varies by distance (e.g., Full Marathon ¥9,100, Half ¥7,600, 10km ¥6,100). RUNNET users pay at a convenience store; a handling fee applies. Postal transfer is available for domestic entrants.
Bib pickup
Race bibs (with timing chip) are mailed to participants in mid-February ahead of the race. Re-issue on race day is possible but incurs an additional fee.
Entry period
Entry opens October 1; RUNNET closes January 3; postal transfer closes December 31. Entry closes when capacity is reached.
On race day
Medical support runners (nurses, paramedics, etc.) are recruited for the full and half marathon. Aid stations are provided at regular intervals along the course.
