How to enter

Online entry via RUNNET (internet entry), or group bank transfer, furusato nozei, or in-person registration for the 2.195km event.

Entry platform

RUNNET – registration required before entry opens on 22 May 2026.

What you need

RUNNET account required for online entry. Furusato nozei option requires a residence registration outside Betsukai-cho and a qualifying donation. In-person registration (2.195km only) requires visiting Betsukai Town Gymnasium.

Payment

Credit card, convenience store payment, or ATM available via RUNNET. Group entries pay by bank transfer. Furusato nozei uses the designated payment method of the chosen furusato nozei site.

Bib pickup

Bib numbers are mailed to participants in advance after entry is confirmed, so in-person pickup is not required.

Entry period

22 May 2026 (Friday) to 31 July 2026 (Friday) for internet and group entries. Furusato nozei closes mid-July 2026 (planned).

Notes

The marathon (42.195km) has a capacity limit; early payment is recommended. No cancellations or distance changes are allowed after registration. Overseas runners can use RUNNET online entry but will need to navigate the Japanese-language platform and provide required personal details.
